The tablet controlling the room WAS acceptable.

The elevators were shockingly slow and even locked down early one morning. I had to use the escape stairwell to meet my ride, and the shower border looked like it had mould. It REALLY needed a good clean.

The noise isolation was insufficient and i could hear everything from outside. the bed was also super firm. That is just not my preference. between the noise and the hard bed, i slept poorly.

The hotel's location offers EASY access to public transport, a HUGE plus for getting around. I found the communal spaces well maintained with nice decoration. I felt very secure because security guards are present at the entrance day and night. The lounge featured inviting books.

The toilet paper was VERY thin, thinner than a sheet of C-Atoms, a small inconvenience.

The hotel is near many services and Market Street. Electrical transportation and shopping centers are close by, so NO transportation is needed. It is easy to reach from the airport by train.

The room WAS clean. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. It was the perfect start to exploring the city. The hotel's location made getting to all of the activities easy. The staff was AMAZING!!!

The bed was placed right next to the window. This made it difficult to move comfortably around it.

The hotel offered excellent amenities and a well kept space, perfect for my business trip. The room was clean, a pleasant surprise for a city stay. I felt secure because the hotel had good security.

The bed was next to the window. Moving around it was difficult. The sink was outside the bathroom, quite impractical and uncomfortable. The rooms were small.
